Health Stewardship is learned- then lived.

I’m a plant scientist with a master’s degree in ethnobotany and a certified herbalist, but I became a family health steward out of necessity after being dismissed by the medical system with a diagnosis of infertility. True healing required more than remedies—it meant changing how we lived, ate, cared for our bodies, and tended our land, with someone willing to take responsibility for learning it all. After restoring my fertility and welcoming two children, I spent the next 20 years stewarding my family’s health with confidence—combining traditional wisdom, real food, and informed use of modern medicine when needed. Today, I bring that experience forward as a trusted teacher, author, and guide, helping families build practical, personal, and sustainable approaches to health.
